L’Esperance looks forward to sharing music for the holidays with the Church of Apostles in Coventry on December 8 at 3:30. Proceeds from the concert benefit Project Hand Up. A non-perishable food donation will be greatly appreciated.

The Church of the Apostles (a handful of minutes off 95) is a beautiful venue for acoustic music. Our last concert there three years ago was a great event that raised several hundred dollars for local food bank, Project Hand Up.

Our program will feature a range of traditional seasonal music from the likes of Ralph Vaughan Williams, Gabriel Faure, Franz Liszt, and John Rutter along with contemporary compositions by Steven Antonelli, Michael Bell, Hankus Netsky and Duane Golomb.

L’Esperance features musicians from Massachusetts, Rhode Island, New York and Connecticut of different backgrounds and ages who come together to enjoy the pleasure of making music with each other. Since 1994, l’Esperance has been sharing that joy with audiences around New England. Our music ranges from classical to contemporary, from Celtic to Klezmer, from rock standards to Baroque.
